What should I wear – Is there a dress code?
Our wedding will have a formal dress code to ensure the atmosphere reflects the elegance of the occasion. Our chosen colour palette is Orange and Pink so we kindly request for guests to avoid using these colours as their main colour. Feel free to express your style within these guidelines. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in the perfect blend of colour and style!

Is the Ceremony taking place indoors or outdoors?
Our Ceremony will be taking place indoors, however our Venue does has some beautiful spaces outdoors for guests to use during the course of day, including the stunning garden area and courtyard space to take advantage off especially to cool off from all the evening dancing!

How do I get to the Venue?
The Venue is located approxiamely 10 minutes drive from the M3 motorway and is 10 minutes drive from Fleet train station (fast train from London Waterloo) or 3 minutes drive from Sandhurst train station (Reading line). Is there parking at the Venue?
Our venue has plenty of car parking spaces for all guests. Vehicles can be left overnight, at your own risk, but they must be collected by 10:00 am the following morning. The venue gates open at 8:00 am.

What time should I arrive?
Help us get the party started as scheduled, we recommend that guests arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time. Our ceremony will be taking place at 1:00 pm so we ask guests to please arrive at noon.
Evening guests, we kindly ask that you arrive for the cake cutting and first dance, so please arrive at 6:00 pm. For more information about our planned order of events, please visit our schedule page using the link below.

Can I bring my child?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a plus one?
We have a strict guest list which is within our limit for Day and Evening guests numbers which means our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the wedding invitation.

Can I use my phone to take photos?
Guests are encouraged to take photos throughout the day, however we kindly request that you embrace the magic of the moment by unplugging from your devices during the ceremony. We want to create an intimate and distraction-free atmosphere where we can all be fully present, sharing the joy of this milestone together. Please join us in capturing these precious moments with your hearts and eyes, as we have professional photographers to ensure every beautiful detail is preserved. Your cooperation in this small request means the world to us, and we can’t wait to share this unplugged celebration of love with you.
